About Us: The Pemberton Legion’s mission is to serve Veterans, including serving military and RCMP members and their families, to promote Remembrance, and to serve our communities and our country. Our Lounge bar is located in the heart of Pemberton., We strive to provide our guests with a welcoming and unforgettable experience every time they visit. Open from 2pm daily. We offer large screen TV, Free Pool, Keno, and Lottery.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and

cleaning equipment

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including responsible alcohol service practices

• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a bartender preferred

• Must hold “Serving it right” and willing to obtain Lottery certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in customer service

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage $18.75 (increasing June 1st)

• Flexible schedule – 32hrs per week

Requirements:
